Interview was through a recruitment agency . It took 1 day for all processes to complete . First round was Self Introduction . 2. Mock call 3. F2F with HR . In the second round since it was about banking process they told me to speak in a situation where the customer looses his credit card and we assist him on this .
Excellent interview process. Easy. Straightforward. Learn the ins and outs of the brand before you head out there. It's an easy one to crack under pressure and easy to sustain a career.

Entrevista
I interviewed through a recruitment agency. The process took one day. It consisted of two personal interviews one telephonic round one technical written test and typing test. The overall interview process was easy and luckily I got selected too.
