There is this DRD which is Decathlon recruitment day in which you are required to be in a sports outfit and play some games and after that GD round and PI rounds are conducted
Just a casual talk. Only take 5-10 mins.
The interviewer will focus on the sport you good at (what level are u, how often u play...)
Also, they ask about what is your future plan.
