The interview process is quite long, with 3 stages to it with 2 interviews. One is 1-1 and another is 3-1. They ask a variety of different questions some of which are completely irrelevant to the job you are applying for.

It was interesting and something new to me. Different flow of collective interview. And the process is very interactive amongst the other applicants and we tend to know new people at the same time

have a phone interview for 10mins after hand in cv, have a short self introduction and talk about my favourite sports. HR will introduce the jobs description. Will have face interview after the phone interview.
