Initial phone screening, followed by a group interview. Ended with a 45 min individual interview with two team leaders. The 3-phase process and the questions asked in the individual interview do not make sense for a part-time, no-experience, short-term position.

Really good interview, I have been asked different situations of how I would act to highlight my skills. However, one area for improvement could be providing clearer timelines for feedback. While the interview was engaging, waiting for the next steps took longer than expected.
