Interview with Lab Manager and one person from HR Department, maybe Lab Manager will call you first by phone, he asked me some questions and test English also. After that, he invited me to the company for interview, One thing that made me disappointed was no notification of interview result after that, I had to send email and asked for the result

Phone Screening , then board interview, and then probation with approval from the assigned team. The process was not merit-based but actually credit-based, when no matter how you worked hard, you will still need acceptance from the team members.
