Applied online, after few weeks got a call from company HR for interview session, interviewer ask question regarding on experiences and what do I understands regarding on the job scope, face to face interview & also phone call interview, after a few weeks got an email from HR asking for other information and also medical and background details checking

We started off with an initial screen. They described there being a few extra steps after this but I did not proceed to them. The initial screen was mostly about background and a little about me.

Bad interview experience with their hiring manager.
1. The interviewer was late for 30+ mins, and no apology, even any excuse.
2. He never turned on the camera because he was working from home. (???) I felt I was talking to air.
3. Ask weird questions, and self-talk
4. After 20 mins, the interview's supposed to be ended (but he's late for 30+ min already!)
Never had such a negative and irresponsible interview before.
