A Dell recruiter contact me in the LinkedIn asking if I would have interest in a position of Sr. Performance Test Engineer. I sent my resume and after that I had an interview by phone, when she asked about my general experience in test and programming languages, current salary, and so on. Then I was called to an interview with my future manager and a technical guy from the performance team. I answered questions about my experience (programming languages, databases and test automation), my career plans and my english skills (as we are not English native speakers). There were some technical questions about performance testing (very basic) and that`s it.
