I received initial contact via email to fill out an additional application. Then I called from a recruiter with a few initial pre-qualification questions. Next I was scheduled for an interview withing a week. My interview was with two leadership personnel. They asked tech support questions about computers internal and external type questions.

Process was easy. First round was face to face interview with the recruiter. Second round over video conference but we can't see the interviewer. Got the offer on the same day. they give a situation and wants to know how we act in it. Overall easy process but a little long process for a day.
