CV screening, then interview with hiring manager and another person. It’s good that they have more than one person in the panel so that the assessment is less biased. The result for each round was updated quite fast and recruiter was very helpful

Two rounds of interviews, back to back. First round is one hour, with Exe. Director. Mostly just basical information and building rapport. No technical questions, very relaxed. Second round is also one hour, with 2 senior consultants and one local team lead. More in-depth and a few technical questions, harder than the first round.
