Applied online. Had a skype interview a week later with the technical lead. Interview lasted about 80 mins. A challenging interview, mostly behavioral although not the usual questions one may expect. First 20 mins were spent on asking me about the format of my resume. (to see how defensive one gets) The interviewer didn't hesitate to give any feedback(negative and positive) then and there. Tip:be open to constructive criticism and need to think on your feet. This was a different kind of interview as opposed to the ones where standard behavioral questions were asked. Must admit, had fun giving this interview. Invited for on-site interview at the end of the skype conversation. Waiting for that.
