Applied through university and was notified by Dell approximately 2 weeks later that they wanted an interview. The interview was extremely short. Interviewers only asked three questions, two of which were behavior based. The interviewers then gave me the chance to ask questions I had. I was informed I would hear back from Dell within a week.

Interview process consisted of some networking events organized by my university and series of behavioral interviews with the HR representatives - overall positive experience. Large emphasis on the networking events they hosted before the interview.
