Went through a recruiter. Process was okay, but the hiring manager was not transparent about the length of the contract. Once hired was laid off after just two months instead of the 12 month contract. Was not performance based, but rather they had a RIF.

The interview was very thorough - lots of questions and were happy to answer my questions too. No task was given but plenty of hypothetical scenarios. They use the STAR method so it's good to be prepared for that. There was 3 interviews in my interview process.
