The process started with an aptitude test. This test consisted of mathematics related questions, IQ test, Essay writing, summary writing etc. Once i qualified this test, I was interviewed on phone. This phone interview was more on test of my skills that I had mentioned in my CV. Since my job is more of research based, I was asked several questions related to research and analysis, authenticating a result etc. The final round was a simple skills based test for grammar and preci writing. When you are going for an interview at Deloitte, make sure you have your basics right. They will train you on everything but for that you must have some skills from before. Also, be very confident as you will get bonus points on that and you chances of getting selected will improve. The people here are very friendly, work culture is superb. You will love to work over here. Here they pay special attention to work-life balance. Also, here they offer several avenues for your professional growth. I would say that Deloitte is indeed the best place to be.
