First, there was an aptitude test conducted by amcat., after that there was GD based on a case study given by the interviewers. after that , Personal interviews were conducted of the shortlisted students.

There was a more so personal approach to the questions being asked. You need to be able to cater your answers to the person talking to you would be. It’s more so about how you talk and present the information.

The final round was with a senior manager, focusing on behavioral questions using the STAR method and my cultural fit. The atmosphere was professional yet conversational. Preparation, clear communication, and a structured approach to case studies were key to my success.
