The interview process was overall smooth. The first round was a phone screening with the HR, which was basically asking some basic information (where, when graduate, sponsorship, etc). The second round was zoom interview with a senior accountant and department manager. It was more conversational than technical.

Why Deloitte? Describe a time when you have a conflict with your teammate - how you resolve the problems?
There was a more so personal approach to the questions being asked. You need to be able to cater your answers to the person talking to you would be. It’s more so about how you talk and present the information.
