The people at Diageo NA were very friendly. This was the last round interview for an ABM position and the company paid for flights, accommodations and meals. I was pleased with the hotel and of course NY is just a vibrant city. There was a presentation component and two interviews with senior management. The interviews with senior management were largely behavioral based that gauged one's marketing ability and cultural fit. The presentation, in my opinion, gauged how well you could present facts, answer questions and overall marketing and business savvy.
