The process took about 12 weeks. It started with a phone screening following by an interview with the hiring manager 2 weeks later. 3 weeks later I had 2 more interviews on the same day. One with the department VP and the other was with a panel of 3 directors. I was told 4 weeks later that I did not get the job. The process started off routine, but then I found myself constantly having to follow up with HR. Things seemed very promising until I was told they were no longer hiring for the position. There seemed to be a lot of confusion in that final 4 week waiting period.

The hiring process is very interactive which is really helpful to get all you want across to your employer. The employees are very kind and helpful with anything. Overall the interviews at Diageo are very smooth and unlike anywhere else in a good way.
