The hiring process is standard not too long or short.They shortlisted a list of the best fit candidates for the role. Then did the actual interview to evaluate one skill set ,attitude and cultural fit. Later a background check was conducted to validate experience and certificates.

Nerve wracking at first but then it was ok both interviewers were friendly and polite. They waited patiently for me to answer all their questions and seemed to take a genuine interest in my answers
