First you'll take a series of tests in an HR consultant company. English mostly. They will send your profile to the company and in their offices you will have an interview with 2 team leads that will make you all sort of questions including accounting basics.

The interview consisted of a panel with three managers and was conducted in both English and Thai. The discussion was quite casual and focused primarily on assessing soft skills rather than technical knowledge. Most questions were general, such as strengths, weaknesses, and how I approach different situations. There were no technical or role-specific questions.
