A long interview process. After so many rounds, they told me they put the hiring on hold. Hence I waited patiently for them to come back with a good news. Months passed and what came as a surprise to me was that they reopened the position without reaching out to me again. I probed, they lied. And then they asked if I am still interested. So I went with much curiosity and half interest in the job. Not long they told me they were not interested in me and said they would go move on with others. OK. But they kept me so warm for so long and then came a 'no'?! And now I found out they are still looking around to fill the role.
