Process took more than 3 months. Was contacted by a recruiter by email originally, and had a phone interview with hiring manager a week later. I was then invited to the company headquarters in Dearborn.
The face to face interview was split between a 3 person panel interview, followed by a tour of the company grounds. The panel interviewers were very easy going, and seemed enthusiastic about describing their respective departments. They said decisions would be within 2 weeks, but didn't hear from them until 4 weeks later. Thought the interview went well, but I was not chosen.

The process was standard. HR call + technical round. The HR call was okay. The technical round was a bit tricky. A lot of how to handle situations questions were asked.

Ghosted at scheduled time, no response. Very unprofessional, no response to follow up. Maybe it was just my recruiter but I hope process improves into future, if I'm ever in the process of interviewing here again

El entrevistador explica el puesto, responsabilidades, expectativas y cultura organizacional.
Espacio para preguntas del candidato
El candidato puede aclarar dudas sobre el trabajo, el equipo o el proceso de selección.
Cierre de la entrevista
Se agradece al candidato por su tiempo.
Se informa del siguiente paso: otra entrevista, prueba, o cuándo recibirá una respuesta.
