Entrevista
The first step was a short 30 minute phone screen. This was followed by an in-person interview. I was flown out, expenses paid by GE. First was a 5 minute presentation that included technical questions and about me. The rest of the morning was spent doing 30 minute behavioral interviews with 5 different people, followed by a short group exercise with the other candidates.

Tell me about a time where you had a technical problem, how did you solve it?
The interview went well. The panel was friendly, and they asked several technical questions related to my field. I was able to answer most of them confidently. They also asked about my projects and some basic programming concepts. Overall, it was a good experience.

Entrevista
It was not easy, not so much of difficult. Basic concepts were asked to check the knowledge. Also some advanced topics were also asked like Kalman filters, PID and PD Controllers. It's usage and advantages in current scenarios
