Applied online through GE portal and received an interview within a week. HR was courteous, professional and brief about the job requirements. Downside of the interview was HR was not sure of the hiring manager requirements.

Someone screened the resumes and then reached out if they were interested in interviewing you. The first interview was a phone interview. If you pass that, then the next interview would be in person.

Entrevista
First video interview directly with Hiring Manager about previous roles and experiences. What type of risks and responsibilities were involved in my last job. Very easygoing and conversational. The meeting was scheduled for an hour but the interview lasted only 45 minutes.

hr interview and manager interview, ask you a few questions. and 1 weeks later, hr contacted you about the salary. very easy, and managers are nice. the process is smooth.
