The interview process was long and rigorous. It started with a presentation about the program at my school (Q&A at the end), a face-to-face interview on campus with a former ECLP candidate, then they flew me back to Connecticut for a full day of interviews consisting of lunch, two face-to-face interviews, an information session, personal presentation with three GE managers, and a dinner at the end. In the end, I didn't get an offer but was referred to interview again with a different part of the company. This was going to require that I go through the entire process again, but I was eliminated after the first 30 min. telephone interview. Another classmate ended up going through the process again, after being denied the first time around. He got the offer, but ended up having 15 interviews in total by the end of the process.
