I was first contacted by a GE Representative for an Initial Interview during my Campus Job Fair. She got the Resume from the Career Services Office. The interview was pretty straightforward, we basically went through every aspect of my resume. My work experience, my research experience, extra curricular activities, student associations, leaderships roles, etc. Then she asked behavioral type questions like what was your toughest challenge or Could you tell me a time where you were working with a team and brought a project to completion successfully.
