it was a phone interview because the recruiter had to cancel the day before due to some emergency. the interview was simple, only behavioral questions. typical behavioral/ situation questions were asked, ex: tell me about a time were you had a conflict with some one else on the same team.....
Professional personell. Formel and polite. Came to their offices and had a discussion about the position and expectation. After the dialogue I got told to wait for them to email me, if I got the position or not.

Entrevista
The interview went really well, throughout the process, they had been very supportive and encouraging. I'm sure, the other 5 candidates would say the same about the interview. I'd definitely recommend my friends to join the program.
I applied through my school career center. I was a sophomore that year and sent out my resume to anywhere I could with a terrible cover letter. However, I was offered an on-campus interview with GE Transportation.
