Multiple interviews over the phone and in person. The interview team held both individual discussions and group discussions to assess my capabilities. There was also a phone interview that was another or first step before the in-person interview.

Multi-step. Recruiter, manager, and panel of peers. It took around 2 months to complete and fairly straight forward. The next steps were communicated and interviewers respectful. Would try to land a role again the future.
