Job was found on school's recruiting website. Initially did a fit interview with an HR recruiter. Second round was at location of the office, about an hour away. Did a fit and slightly technical interview with a manager who was rather rude. Had no idea whether I did well or not. Later received the offer. Entire process was about a month.
Someone screened the resumes and then reached out if they were interested in interviewing you. The first interview was a phone interview. If you pass that, then the next interview would be in person.

Entrevista
First video interview directly with Hiring Manager about previous roles and experiences. What type of risks and responsibilities were involved in my last job. Very easygoing and conversational. The meeting was scheduled for an hour but the interview lasted only 45 minutes.
