I applied as a Junior through my university. I met them at career fair, where they told me about a dinner that night at a local restaurant. I couldn't come and at first wasn't extended an interview invitation, but I got a call about a week later because they had to fill one more spot in the program. Had a phone interview, was based around technical qualifications, mainly SQL, as well as some behavioral questions. Unfortunately didn't have enough of a technical background - had to badger them for a response and obviously did not get to the next round.
