I had apply for the JOB on GE careers website and got a call from the recruiter with in a week and did an hour phone interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter called me back again after a week to set up a 1:1 on site interview. The one to one interview went on well. 4 People interviewed me over lunch for 4.5 hours. A week later got an email saying they are going with other candidates...

to extense...more than 9 interviews and half of it with people with zero experiencie in supply chain area, lot of questions about general issues, not trained people to interview in a high level

Took long time from the day applied. HR > Hiring mgr > HR. Relatively straight forward and ask general questions. No shenanigans or nonsense. Skills questions were quite detailed from the hiring manager.
