On-site interview with the HR Manager & the Department Manager for the department for which I was applying. They used an on-site recruiter (not employed by GE) this person took me on a brief tour and described who I would be interviewing with.
The HR Manager was answering Text Messages during my responses in the interview. I stopped with my responses until he looked up from his phone and we made eye contact again. The Department Manager that was also in the interview appeared to be embarrassed,

Very detailed with an abundance of scenario questions so be prepared to the fullest. There was a few rounds of interviews so when the second one takes place be ready for those kinds of questions.
Selezionatori cordiali e disponibili. Mi sono state poste domande sia tecniche che personali. La durata è stata decisamente adeguata e alla fine del colloquio i selezionatori sono stati molto disponibili a rispondere a domande riguardanti sia la posizione lavorativa che sul processo di selezione.
