      Entrevista

      I had 4 virtual interviews with different members of the team. My first contact was with a recruiter who made me feel welcome and excited about working at Glassdoor. The others were with various members of the team I applied to and each ad every person was amazing. Each interview just felt like a conversation with colleagues about work. I enjoyed learning about the company and each persons career journey. We talked about the responsibilities of the team and just day to day operations at Glassdoor. I don't think I've ever had an interview were I was comfortable being who I truly am and gearing up to bring my skillset to the company.

      Entrevista

      Had a really positive experience even though I was not offered the position. First step was a phone screening from the recruiter. Made it to the second interview with the hiring manager for that team. Both interactions they made me feel welcome and put me at ease. My recruiter Ayesha kept me in the loop the entire time and provided feedback from the hiring manager which was positive. Having dealt with many recruiters I can count on hand how many have been responsive, better yet provide feedback.

      A recruiter for the company reached out to me and I had my first round of interview through phone. I was then offered a second round of interview. I was rejected about two days of doing this interview. Why refer me for a second interview if my experience is not what you want? They kept emphasizing the queue in this entry level job. I never said I had that type of experience. So don't waste people's time. The lady intended to hire for June so why waste my time proving an ad in April. Also, the job ad listed a salary higher than what they are offering. They ask you for your zip code and based on that they determined your salary range. I was below 40k.
