Entrevista
I was referred by a friend. I was initially given a phone interview. About a week later I received a in house interview. It lasted about 30 minutes. You definitely want to have a peppy personality going into the interview. Be sure to smile and not be too serious. BUT if this is not your normal personality Groupon will probably not be a good fit. The environment is positive, happy and sometimes down right silly. :)

The interview process is simple and they're 4 rounds as listed below;
1. GD
2. Versant test
3. Manager round (Email writing)
4. HR round (Salary discussion)
Once selected, you'll be given the offer letter and you can join.

Entrevista
It was easy and was able to crack it. Basic interview rounds and good company to work with. You can go for it if you are interested to work in customer service and okey with night shifts.
