I applied online and got replied from Talent Acquisition after 4days. Sounds effective. As I'm abroad, so the interviewer request to have a teleconference instead. She asked me to download an apps and I expecting we will have a teleconference on that day. On the exact day, we were supposed to had a teleconference at 2.30pm but the interviewer called me at nearly 3pm and just a phone call instead of what I'm expecting a teleconference. Kinda pissed of as I'm dress formally expecting a teleconference. The interviewer sounds very dull and her tone sounds very impatient. Asking me whether have experience in airline or so. As she can see from my resume I don't have any experience with what airline. I replied that I don't have and but I do have experience in sales and I can learn along the way during training. She told me it's actually a replacement role and something like we might not have training or so. Our conversation lasted very short about 8minutes I think. I feel so disappointed! If ur looking for someone experience in airline or so please state it clearly at the job scope! Secondly, if you feel that the candidate is not suitable why waste both parties time to interview ? Third, if you were to schedule as a teleconference and request candidate to even download the apps for teleconference please don't simply change to phone call without prior notice. So RUDE!!!

The interview was a smooth process. You speak with HR and the sales manager. Come prepared with your experience and how you can relate it to the job description. It is also to helpful to come prepared with what you think you can improve upon.

Entrevista
Was very brief and not too detailed. Went in for an in person and got to meet with two different managers. That's it folks. What else do you want me to write Glassdoor. Let me see other companies salaries already. DAMN
