Had 2 phone interviews with them for a position. The recruiter did not send any updates on the interview process and it was frustrating. 2 weeks after I applied, he wanted to schedule a phone interview. I sent my availability for the up coming week. Did not hear back for 2 weeks. And he emailed like at 7pm on a Thursday and asked to speak with me next day in the morning. I sent a follow-up email. He did not reply for 2 weeks again. Then he wanted to schedule a phone interview with the Director from the hiring team. After the interview, I asked the status of the interview process. Waited for 4 weeks, but no replies at all.
