I went through 5 interviews with Groupon. A combination of phone and in-person. During that time I interviewed for 3 different positions. In true growth mode form and to somewhat to be expected: the people were a bit disheveled and overwhelmed. You could tell it was life in the last lane, sink or swim as everyone had a different side to the Groupon Story. The HR team was professional and timely. It was unfortunate to interview over the course of 1 month, 5 different times and not be hired. A bit misleading perhaps. Not sure if they really knew what they wanted, just need to hire man-power and fill roles. If they had a clear vision and were more organized it could have been a great fit and I believe they could secure top talent.
