I got a call from a recruiter that saw my profile on Linkedin. Then we scheduled an in-house interview.
The interview was with 3 guys, two of them were developers and the manager. It was both technical and personal questions like:
"How do you deploy your code?",
"What's your experience with NoSQL?",
"How do you test your code?",
"What frameworks are you familiar with?",
"Why are you moving from your current job?"

Entrevista
had a phone interview with HR..went over the resume. Then end of the same week had a technical interview with the developer working there...the technical interview was just going through the resume, he was not prepared....he was happy with me, but not sure got a reject next day..the technical guy was just employed there for 4 months..he said he is the one going to build the communication engineering department.
