Initially had a normal phone screen by a technical person. Then on interview day, wasn't on the security roster for the building. HR person didn't come down, rather had to call reception to get approval. Had to find where they were. The interview started late and ended early. He hadn't reviewed resume and didn't seem to have any set of questions oriented to the role. He actually asked what I was interviewing for! Clearly wasn't for the level that was described. Very young and immature process. Met with only one person during visit and they didn't ask any design process questions, just how would you improve their website. During session, Interviewer pulled up other websites since they hadn't heard of them. Flush with cash, they have nice offices and video displays in waiting area.
