I applied online and received a call from a recruiter within a few days. She scheduled another phone interview after my first. I talked to a team leader and after I spoke with her she set up another phone interview with someone else. My recruiter kept the phone interviews going for 2 weeks. I finally offered to drive to Chicago (8 hours away) to meet with representatives. My face to face interview took 2 hours where different employees stopped in to talk with me. It all seemed very unstructured. They told me I would know by Monday. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks after my visit. I emailed them 3 times and called them twice. By the time they called me back without an offer I had already moved on to another company. They were very unprofessional throughout the process and very unorganized.
