Very easy and laid back. they where doing a hiring fair in a local hotel where you can fill out a app online and do a interview on the spot. which was awesome. some of the interviewers where managers over other customer support employees so they knew what to look for. they did require us to take a computer skills test; and a mock trouble shooting example in the interview.

Manager round is where you will get selected for the job, HR round is just a formality about salary discussion and document submission and benefits offered by the company.

First round was Gd ,then the Voice and accent round and finaaly the area manager round and then the HR round so The process seems to be pretty easy and it tooks a 2 day process

3 round of interview group discussion online test and the ops round of you clear the first round then it's easy but they take more time to conduct this, the online test was a bit tricky
