I applied online. The process took a while to have a respond. The respond was via email, and it said manager would like to setup a phone interview. HR do the followup with me and setup an interview within a week. They are kind of hurry. For me, it's kind of phone screening interview. I did't get onsite.

there were four members in the panel. First they asked about myself. they give more importance to language.The interview lasted for 1 hr. They asked situation type sales questions and asked about strengths and weakness.
