Interview was properly scheduled, I passed 4 stages (HR, CEO, Regional Finance as a matrix manager, CEO), some of them were scheduled for weekends. Job offer was extended having just a fixed salary on it (no bonus scheme, no benefits etc.), negotiations started, and all over sudden the offer was withdrawn with the explanation that in case 1st offer is not taken there is no interest from my side. They returned to me in 9 months with the proper offer, i.e. having increased fixed salary, bonus scheme and benefits mentioned on the job offer. 2nd offer was accepted
