The interview process is 1 telephonic screen with the hiring manager and once it goes good have a loop interview with 4-5 people. The onsite interview is focused in design with principal engineer and then product managers and engineering managers and directors Once the interview is completed a day after the interview recruiter reached out and said team is regrouping after a week and thats the only time they had to gettogether which is strange. I waited for.a week and he came back after a week and said the team had a great feedback and they are really interested and can only make decision in another week and wanted to let him know if there are any timelines and any other offers. Once i have said i have an offer and a decision soon is better he said he can check with hiring manager but mostly it needs a week and after that never came back. This is waste company and they have themselves reached out in linkedin and never thought to respond they have not able provide offer in the timeline or any other feedback. Feel happy that i did not wait on this worst company

Before I start this, I want to explain that this position was sold to me as management only: "if you can code that’s great, but it’s more growing the team and strategy". My background was running a web start up so I can code, but havent done so in years. I made this pretty clear all the way through.... First call was pretty standard, had a 30 minute phone screen with a technical recruiter to start with which went quite well. Covered the company and how they operate, didn’t get a chance to sell myself as they wanted to talk about the role. Next up was a 45 minute Skype call with another manager based in the US which was pretty general and didn’t cover anything in major detail either, although we had a great chat about data algorithms. After passing this it was the 4 hour long interviews..... First one was OK and covered how I would look at the task of placing adverts on websites in as much detail as possible. how to cover fraudulent clicks, technology used, managing add placement dependent on location etc. The second was a bit more difficult and was a pure code test - did I mention I’m not a developer??? They didn’t progress my application after that...
