Applied online through Job Street and received a phone call a few days after.
Phone call was a quick interview, and got invited to go the main office for a face-to-face interview.
The face-to-face interview was just a quick run down of qualifications, and identifying the motives for applying for the job.
After passing the face-to-face interview, I was invited for contract signing.
Work doesn't start until you've signed the employment contract.
HR person was nice, overall process went smooth but the initial waiting result was too long. Too many rounds. Even after I answered the question, they rejected me without any valid justification. The question was unclear to me.
2 rounds of interviews, and they are all really kind and nice. Some basic questions like introduce yourself, why company why position, tell a time that ..... and the process is really smooth

The interview is a 30-minute call with an HR representative where you run through your curriculum and show your motivation to join the company. They ask you to name at least one of Henkel’s brands.
