1. Documentation Assessment
- They do not accept any individual email application, but they have their own application websites to insert your profile and upload resume. I applied for Seoul office, thus I did send my Korean CV as well, which they did not require. But it didn't really affect the qualifications.
2. 1st round interview
- 2-3 employers from the team you applied came into the room with 4-5 candidates. About 4-5 questions were asked to the candidates, mostly about the resume and some case study to seek for the adequacy of the candidates for the job.

What is the difference between regional marketing and domestic marketing?
Al colloquio conoscitivo non mi hanno ascoltato e sono stati superficiali, non si sono interessati a me, al mio background, alle domande che avevo da fare, per essere stato un colloquio conoscitivo informale, è stato molto superficiale.
Colloquio ottenuto con i career day, dell’Università, molto veloce ed essenziale. Domande molto generiche, perche questa azienda, dimmi pregi e difetti, durato 20 minuti. Dopo di questo si ha il colloquio con HR, poi con il manager

Entrevista
Quite a few steps, phone interview, behaviour test, online interview, 2hrs assignment, final interview.it was quite demanding for the salary which the company offered. Overall I would say the interview process took about half a month.
