Entrevista
The hiring process had three stages.
First stage is an online assessment.
Second stage was an assessment centre with basic quantitative and verbal reasoning test, and interview.
If successful, you get called for the final stage interview with at least 2 managers.
Straight forward. Passed the first interview but didnt proceed after the second. Basic behavioral question for first interview, technical questions for second interview as relating to your experience, knowledge, background and studies

Entrevista
I had two rounds at Henkel, including one in-person round. They told me I aced it and to expect good news. Nine months later, I have never heard back from them, despite email follow-up.
