Premier entretien avec la RH (10min, simples questions) Deuxième entretien avec la manager qui a duré une heure. A la fin de l'entretien, la manager annonce qu'elle recherche un profil senior... ok mais alors pourquoi m'avoir contacté sachant pertinamment que j'ai un profil junior ? Au bout de quelques jours, je reçois un email automatique pour m'annoncer que ma candidature n'est pas retenue. Un simple email automatique, après avoir passé 2 entretiens ? Surprenante réponse à laquelle j'ai demandé de plus de précisions ... aucun retour de la RH. En somme, aucun respect pour les quandidats... j'ai désormais une très mauvaise image de l'entreprise...
