Interview was different from what I was used to. It started with a 30 minute phone interview with the TFal (team lead) about me and my background, and she described what they do. For the onsite, I first sat with the manager and went over the position, then moved on to talking with the TFal and another developer. I wasn't asked many questions outside of going over my background. Then I sat at the TFal at her desk and went over what they do, their systems, and what to expect working there. It was more of a conversation and felt more like working there on the first day of the job. It was such a fun interview and was more casual than I am used to.
