I had to interview with other consultants at the same level as the position i was interviewing for in certain rounds over the phone. I also had to interview with technical managers/senior consultants over the phone. The 3rd or 4th round of interviews was in person and consisted of a case study. The last interview was with the Director and then finally HR.
