Previously applied for another HR position which was filled yet, I never received a confirmation or rejection email. A few months passed then a recruiter contacted me to discuss other opportunities with the company. The recruiter provided insight into the company culture, recent organization changes, etc. They advised they would send my resume to the hiring manager and I should apply for the new position once the details were ironed out. I am excited about the prospect of joining the HR organization and HPE overall. Since our initial conversation we have been in contact via email for two months however have not gained any traction or insight into the next steps and I continue to follow up. The positives are the recruiter is very quick to respond and continues to be an advocate which is great. The lag is the hiring manager - hopefully more information will follow after the New Year.
